How Does The Selection Process Work?
Each airline may have a different process, but, as a general rule, it all starts with sending a resume. Candidates who meet the basic requirements are invited to the following stages, which are face-to-face and eliminatory.
As a general rule, the selection process for a flight attendant is divided into the following steps:
- Evaluation of the image and physical appearance;
- Foreign language test;
- Group dynamics or individual psychotechnical tests;
- Medical evaluation;
- Final interview.
